Australia get ready! The Corona SunSets music tour is bringing you The Rubens. The guys will be playing 22 free live shows across Australia this November and December at some of our favourite venues. Armed with their critically acclaimed album ‘Hoops,’ The Rubens will kick off the Corona SunSets tour in Sydney on November 10th, playing venues across Victoria, NSW, and Queensland, before winding up in Western Australia in early December (Full list of venues and dates HERE).
The release of their debut self-titled album in 2012 was nothing short of legendary, scoring them a J Award nomination for Best Album and sending them to platinum sales status. After three years on the road, ‘Hoops’ was finally unleashed in 2015. The single of the same name claimed the #1 spot on Triple J’s Hottest 100 of 2015, becoming the anthem of the year.
Whether they’re playing to thousands of people at Splendour in the Grass, selling out shows in London or intimate acoustic gigs in Byron Bay, The Rubens have proven that they are a force to be reckoned with. Gather your friends, head on down to one of the below venues, and share a few ice-cold Coronas.
Where else would you be able to catch The Rubens live and for free? This will be one of the biggest tours this summer!
